Bremen University does not cooperate with agencies such as Pro Uni, Lingua (Chernivtsi), Kilidi Education or other similar agencies offering application services for a sum of money.

Applications should be made individually by applicants themselves.

Bremen University charges no fees for applications. The granting of a "Bewerberbestaetigung" to apply for a student visa is free of charge.
Applicants from Russia may use the estimated cost (as below) as a guideline for their applications:

1.) Notarization of documents: about 50.- Euro
2.) Translation of documents: about 100.- Euro
3.) Postage cost is between 2. to 5.- Euro (for outgoing post from the university)
4.) About 68.- Euro fee for the ASSIST-Service

Therefore, please consider the cost incurred when making your applications. Fees amounting up to 1400.- Euro seem to be rather high.

However, if you still would like to send in your applications through agencies, please be reminded that a letter of authorization with your signature ( certified by the German Embassy handling your documents ) on it, is needed in order for the agency to make your application on your behalf.
